One Vision
The Dürr Group’s mission statement
As part of the One Vision project, the Dürr Group developed a new mission statement in 2022. With a strong involvement of employees, forward-looking statements on the company’s purpose, vision, mission, and values were developed.
The corporate mission statement provides employees with guidance for their behavior and helps them to make decisions. It contributes to motivating and inspiring employees. The mission statement also makes it clear to customers, investors, other stakeholders, and interested members of the public what the company’s goals are and how it intends to exercise its social responsibility.
Purpose
We assume responsibility for the next generation. We combine economic efficiency and environmental sustainability in industry and craftsmanship. Our solutions enable the safe and resource-efficient production of goods that billions of people use every day.
Vision
With our sustainable solutions, we achieve excellence in resource efficiency in mechanical and plant engineering. For our customers, the society and the environment.

Values and competencies
In addition to the corporate mission statement, a competency model was also developed within the Dürr Group. The two are closely interlinked: The six values in the corporate mission statement describe how the employees of the Dürr Group would like to work together. The competencies enable the employees to actually bring the values to life. Metaphorically speaking, the competencies are the hand and the values are the heart.

Filling One Vision with life
The mission statement and the competency model are part of various processes and activities within the Group. For example, new employees are familiarized with One Vision at introductory events. Teams are called upon to regularly review how they live the values in their day-to-day work and where improvement measures make sense. The competencies are integrated into management training courses and talent programs for personnel development, among other things.
