Your Tasks

  • Support in the execution of transformation projects in procurement;
  • Focus on the implementation of strategic procurement goals;
  • Participation in project planning, including the creation of project structure plans and schedules;
  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation such as progress reports and status updates;
  • Monitoring and analysis of project progress, resources, risks, and quality measures;
  • Support in risk management and the development of risk mitigation strategies;
  • Participation in quality assurance and adherence to quality standards;
  • Preparation of presentations and reports for management.

Your Skills

  • Experience in project management or support, preferably in the procurement environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments and external Stakeholders;
  • Independent working with a high degree of initiative, reliability, and responsibility;
  • Distinct strategic, analytical, and conceptual working skills and IT affinity;
  • Fluent in English is a must, and German is a plus, both written and spoken.
