Your Tasks

Continuous development of the digitalization strategy for Procure-to-Pay processes;
Identification and planning of improvement initiatives through the application of best practices in terms of efficiency and transparency;
Collaboration with the procurement team to identify opportunities for integrating AI solutions into operational purchasing processes;
Support in the rollout of new systems or the update of existing systems, such as relevant modules in our Supplier Relationship Management tool;
Identification of training needs and development of the corresponding training program, e.g., as part of Procurement Colleges;
Regular benchmarking of the system landscape and expansion of the purchasing network, e.g., through expert presentations and publications;
Point of contact for expert questions regarding the responsible systems and processes.

Your Skills

Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification;
Several years of professional experience in operational and/or strategic procurement, ideally in the machinery and plant engineering sector in a comparable position;
Extensive knowledge of the operational Procurement Process in SAP;
Knowledge and experience of best practice procurement methods, processes, and tools;
Affinity for digitalization and IT applications such as SAP-MM, Coupa;
Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a high degree of initiative and willingness to shape;
Demonstrated ability to drive results and process improvements on an international scale;
Fluent in English is a must, and German is a plus, both written and spoken.
