Certificates and management systems
We reduce the environmental impact at our relevant locations with the help of certified environmental and energy management systems. These include locations that have a production, assembly or technical centre and where hazardous substances are regularly handled. We already have ISO 14001 certification at 45% of these locations, which corresponds to 70% of the Group workforce employed there. Our German sites regularly carry out energy audits or have a certified energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001.
As at 30 September 2024, a total of 35 legal entities in the Dürr Group had an occupational health and safety management system certified in accordance with ISO 45001. This means that around 12,980 employees were already working at certified legal entities. Measured against the number of employees of all legal entities relevant for certification, this corresponds to a share of 79%. We have defined legal entites with an operating value added and an annual turnover of at least €10 million as relevant.
In addition, 11 Group locations with a total of around 5,640 employees have implemented the TISAX® or ISO 27001 information security management system. This corresponds to 29% of the entire Group workforce.
