Prof. Dr. Alexandra Dürr has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2006 and represents the Dürr family as the main shareholder. She has gained in-depth knowledge over the last ten years and has an excellent understanding of the company.
Mathematician Klaus Eberhardt has been a member of the Dürr Supervisory Board since 2012 and its Chairman since 2013. He has gained management experience in various companies over several decades. Most recently, he was Chairman of the Executive Board of Rheinmetall AG for more than ten years.
Industrial engineer Gerhard Federer has been nominated for election to the Dürr Supervisory Board for the first time. His professional career includes several leading positions in Germany and abroad in the fields of finance, controlling and business planning. He has a high level of expertise in financial accounting and auditing.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Holger Hanselka rejoined the Dürr Supervisory Board in 2014. He has a doctorate in mechanical engineering and is the president of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with close contacts to universities and research institutes. He is seen as the technology expert within the Dürr Supervisory Board.
Dr. Anja Schuler comes from the founding family of HOMAG Group AG and has been accustomed to entrepreneurial decisions within the family since her youth. As a psychologist and physician, her special focus is on the selection and development of personnel and senior managers as well as on corporate culture.
Karl-Heinz Streibich has a degree in engineering and joined the Dürr Supervisory Board in 2011. As CEO of the Software AG software group and member of two information technology committees, he has expertise in both IT and management.
