Dürr, Daimler and LBBW test digital process

Digitization is the most important trend in industrial production. But other fields of economic activity are also increasingly becoming digital, for example corporate financing and commercial transactions. Here, too, the Dürr Group is involved in innovative pilot projects.

In August 2019, the company arranged a → syndicated loan using digital blockchain technology. And a few weeks later, Dürr AG and the Measuring and Process Systems division, together with car manufacturer Daimler, have taken part in a digital pilot by the German bank Landesbank-Baden-Württemberg (LBBW). This was to enable secure payment for a Schenck balancing technology transaction using Corda blockchain technology.

LBBW has produced a video to explain the digital process and the involvement of Dürr and Daimler.
