Your Tasks

  • Participation in strategic projects in coordination with Global Key User in Dürr Systems structure;
  • Leading small/medium sized local P2P IT-Projects;
  • Identifying and analyzing the business requirements for the P2P process;
  • Consideration of specific local requirements when implementing change requests, e.g. local legal requirements etc.;
  • Participate in and support workshops, testing, data validation;
  • Provide input to functional designs and conduct UAT;
  • Responsibility for end user training;
  • Start and manage the user authorization management process;
  • Function as 1st level support.

Your Skills

  • Higher education (preferably in economics, logistics, purchasing);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably in purchasing key user function);
  • Advanced knowledge with IT tools, such as SAP MM, SRM Tools like Coupa,
  • Confident handling of SAP ERP, SAP BW and MS Office programs;
  • Good understanding of SAP P2P processes;
  • Confident English and German, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of SAP-MM is mandatory;
  • Communication skills;
  • Organizational skills / analytical skills.
