Your Tasks

Take part in the Dürr Group Finance Graduate Program starting October 2025;
The 16-month program offers a comprehensive insight into various financial areas including: accounting, treasury , controlling both locally and in global structures;
You will actively participate in an innovative area dealing with the automation and creation of new financial processes at the global level of Dürr;
During your 4-month stay abroad, you will gain experience in an international environment;
You will be able to shape the course of the program according to your own interests and development needs;
You will receive mentorship from the management team;
We offer an extensive education and training program along with international networking meetings;
At the end of the program, we will jointly determine your target job position within the company.

Your Skills

Master's degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification with emphasis on project management
Practical experience gained through a job, internship, thesis or student activity, preferably in an industrial company.
International experience gained through work or study abroad;
Fluency in English, German will be an advantage;
Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a strong love of numbers and data;
IT skills;
Willingness to travel internationally, mobility;
High commitment, motivation, willingness to take responsibility;
Entrepreneurial mindset;
Self-reliance and an organized way of working.
