Your Tasks

  • Zarządzanie kilkuosobowym zespołem Kontrolerów Finansowych (3-5 osób);
  • Bezpośrednie raportowanie do Dyrektora Finansowego
  • Ścisła współpraca z menadżerami z innych obszarów firmy
  • Przygotowywanie analiz finansowych, analiza wskaźników, wyjaśnianie powstałych nieprawidłowości i szukanie rozwiązań;
  • Współudział w tworzeniu budżetów i prognoz finansowych;
  • Odpowiedzialność za wybrane procesy zw. z zamknięciem miesiąca
  • Udział w przygotowywaniu prezentacji zarządczych, budżetów i prognoz;
  • Nadzór nad obszarem Capex/Opex w firmie oraz związanymi z nim procesami kontrolingowym, w tym wsparcie w projekcie budowy nowej fabryki;
  • Backup dla innych partnerów businessowych w zakresie w zależnym od doświadczenia i wiedzy (reporting, konstrukcja, quality, produkcja);
  • Praca hybrydowa: co najmniej 2 dni w tygodniu praca z biura (Środa Wielkopolska). 

Your Skills

  • Wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu finansów;
  • Min. 2-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu obszarem kontrolingu w firmie produkcyjnej;
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem lub koordynowaniu procesu;
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analitycznego myślenia i analizy danych, dokładność, systematyczność;
  • Umiejętność wdrażania usprawnień i zarządzania zmianą w zespole
  • Samodzielność, proaktywność i umiejętność ustalania priorytetów zadań;
  • Komunikatywność, umiejętność współdziałania i budowania dobrych relacji;
  • Znajomość SAP R3, BW;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel i PowerPoint, znajomość Power BI będzie dodatkowym atutem;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie, niemiecki będzie dodatkowym atutem.
