  • Analyzing market trends for identifying cost-effective solutions for the local entities
  • Participating in development of the procurement strategy for the assigned categories managed by Indirect Commodity Managers
  • Implementing and executing of the procurement strategy for the assigned indirect categories
  • Monitoring, ongoing reviewing and optimizing of supplier base and supplier performance in the respective categories
  • Leading and coordinating supplier relationships within the respective indirect categories
  • Managing RFx activities within the assigned indirect categories.
  • Preparing comparisons of commercial terms from supplier's offers.
  • Preparing and conducting negotiations of commercial conditions with suppliers.
  • Execution of the source-to-contract process including contract preparation, negotiation, and internal administration.
  • Reviewing of purchasing requests from requestors in the threshold above 10.000 EUR and creating purchase orders in compliance with global policies and category strategies.
  • Clarifying invoices or order acknowledgements.
  • Assisting in the roll-out of various process optimizations and other changes within the purchasing process.
  • Securing adherence to Group's compliance standards and guidelines within the purchasing process.
  • Cooperating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams of the Group involved in the purchasing process.
  • Ensuring early involvement of the procurement function in purchasing processes by building partnerships with different business stakeholders and functions.

Your Skills


  • Procurement Expertise: Understanding of the source-to-contract process, including contract preparation, negotiation, and internal administration, as well as reviewing purchasing requests and creating purchase orders in compliance with global policies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends to identify cost-effective solutions for local entities and participate in the development of procurement strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to implement and execute procurement strategies for assigned indirect categories, as well as monitor, review, and optimize the supplier base and performance within these categories.
