The former thermea. Energiesysteme GmbH will now immediately be called Dürr thermea GmbH. The relevant entry was recorded in the commercial register on April 16, 2015. Dürr had previously heightened the shares and carried out the majority takeover. "With the innovative thermeco2 high-temperature heat pumps, liquid chillers and compressed-air dryers of thermea, we've added an important area of competence to our energy efficiency portfolio," says Joachim Kaufmann, CEO of the division Clean Technology Systems and President of Dürr Systems GmbH.
