Dürr sell their microgas turbine technology under the product name of Compact Power System (CPS). This name stands for a highly efficient co-generation unit (rated electrical output: 100kW; rated thermal exhaust-gas output: 210kW-520kW) for decentralized provision of electricity, heating and cooling. Not only gaseous but also liquid fuels can be used for extremely low-emission combustion. The turbine waste gas available at a constant temperature level can be used for example for generation of steam or hot or warm water, or for drying goods. Depending on the application, a total efficiency of up to 98% can be achieved. The CPS by Dürr is reliable, low-maintenance, low-noise, and convinces with its small footprint and high availability.
ORC compact modules by Dürr Cyplan inexpensively generate electricity from various heat sources at already relatively low temperatures. Up to 20% of the thermal energy is converted into electricity, 80% is available for subsequent thermal utilization. The range of Dürr products comprises modules for high and low temperatures (starting at 90°C) with outputs of minimum 40 KWel. Heat sources can be hot water, steam, thermal oil or combustion gases.
Dürr will be present at the E-World 2015 in Hall 2 at Booth 2-135.
