During the exhibition, iTAC presented new strong functionalities of the iTAC.MES.Suite v9.20 focusing on the three dimensions: Planning & Scheduling, Production Control and Visualization. Customers were being demonstrated how they benefit from using the APS module to optimize scheduling, the powerful MES client which adapts quickly and scientifically to various business scenarios and visualize real-time production information in the iTAC.BI.Portal.
The epidemic is rapidly changing the look the industry, production is moving towards extremely high-mix-low-volume, multi-national and multi-factory management has become the norm, dynamic changes on supply and demand sides, as well as material shortages are challenging supply chain capabilities. All the above factors present challenges for manufacturing companies, i.e. challenges to management capabilities.
During Nepcon, iTAC was invited to give a presentation about the iTAC.MES.Suite end-to-end concept and practice, highlighting how they can help companies overcome challenges and turn crises into opportunities in such a changing environment. This was followed by an interview with SMT China Magazine, in which iTAC was invited to talk about how Smart Manufacturing Systems such as the iTAC.MES.Suite can help in achieving a Connected Industry.
iTAC recognized with SMT China Vision Awards
One of the key activities at Nepcon was the Vision Award ceremony. 273 experts and industry users awarded iTAC with the 14th SMT China Vision Award as a great recognition of iTAC's achievements over the years.
