iTAC is a leading MES manufacturer in the discrete manufacturing industry and at the same time a pioneer in Industry 4.0. With immediate effect, Dieter Meuser will support at the parent company Dürr AG the strategies at the group level with his expertise and know-how of the Industry 4.0 and IIoT environment. He continues to be available to iTAC in an advisory capacity and remains closely involved with the company as an honorary member of the Supervisory Board.

With immediate effect, Volker Burch is taking over the responsibility for the operational activities of iTAC from Dieter Meuser. As VP Advanced Technology and founder member he has in-depth knowledge of the products and the strategy.
Furthermore, Dr. Sebastian Baumann will join the management team as CFO. The manager, who holds a PhD in finance, supervised the take-overs of iTAC Software AG and DUALIS GmbH IT Solution by the Dürr group as head of Corporate Development. In 2015, Dr. Sebastian Baumann was appointed to the Supervisory Board of iTAC Software AG. He took over as Chief Financial Officer in March 2018. In this function he will provide strategic direction in respect of financial management responsibilities with a focus on growth and competition-relevant aspects and the expansion of the company’s international market position.
