Carlo Crosetto studied business administration and began his professional career at the Daimler Group in 1993, where he held different management positions. These included Commercial Director of Mercedes Benz Thailand, CFO of the Mercedes joint venture with Chinese carmaker BAIC in Beijing, and Commercial Director of Mercedes AMG. In 2010 Carlo Crosetto moved to the conglomerate RMA Group in Bangkok, where, as CFO, he was instrumental in the company's expansion until the end of 2016. The manager spent a total of 14 years in Asia.
As CFO of Dürr, Carlo Crosetto will be responsible for finance and controlling, investor relations, legal affairs, global sourcing, and corporate social responsibility.
In view of Ralph Heuwing's upcoming departure, Klaus Eberhardt said: "Mr. Heuwing has contributed a great deal to the positive development of Dürr in the last ten years. He has efficiently organized the finance department, introduced a modern, Group-wide IT structure, and helped to shape Dürr's further strategic development. Under his direction, Dürr has gained an excellent reputation in the capital market.
