Your Tasks
- The Salesforce CRM Specialist is focused on supporting the marketing department with the successful launch and on-going support of Salesforce globally;
- Be the expert for all non-technical implementations, setup, and customizations of Salesforce;
- Provide consultation, support, user stories and training to marketing colleagues globally;
- Collaboration within the global OneCRM project team as a Business Process Owner, working with colleagues in marketing, sales, service, customer experience and IT departments;
- Monitor the implementation and support marketing users in working with Salesforce in local markets;
- Conduct ongoing analysis of processes and performance of Salesforce as a marketing tool;
- Analyzing current activities, optimizing and preparing recommendations for changes to increase efficiency and implementing solutions strongly focused on lead generation;
- Identify and present solutions for project issues and risks, specifically regarding and process customizations of Salesforce CRM.
