Your Tasks
- Independent processing and advice on enquiries from end customers, sales & service companies and sales & service partners in the area of service products and service contracts;
- Preparation of offers and orders of the standard service portfolio in the necessary IT systems;
- Drafting of standard service contracts and data protection agreements of the HOMAG Group to the end customer;
- Documentation of all customer inquiries in the necessary systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint or Excel;
- Attachment to the documentation and invoicing of service contracts in SAP and Salesforce;
- Support in the processing of applications in the area of Master Data Management (customer master data) in the area of Sales and Service;
- Monitoring and compliance with the requirements for applications for the adaptation of customer master data Sales & Service;
- Rework, documentation and archiving of applications for the adaptation of customer master data in all necessary IT systems (mainly CRM / Salesforce, SAP, Sharepoint, plus others);
- Exchange, coordination and review with sales and service companies in the event of adjustments to customer master data.
